Abstract

In this study, the karyological and phallic characteristics of 30 specimens of Acomys cilicicus Spitzenberger, 1978 were examined. It was determinated that A. cilicicus has 2n=36, NF=70 and NFa=66. These results support A. cilicicus as a valid species.
