Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the growth performances and carcass characteristics of Bronze turkeys reared in intensive and semi-intensive conditions. Live weights of Bronze turkeys reared in intensive and semi-intensive conditions (male+female) were found as; 4273.8±95.5 g and 4185.0±107 g at the end of 16. weeks, respectively. Difference between the mean weights was not significant (P>0.05). Turkeys reared on floor were consumed more feed than the other group. Cumulative feed consumptions of turkeys reared in intensive and semi-intensive conditions were determined as 13562.0±50.0 g and 12415.0±100.0 g at the end of 16. weeks, respectively. Difference between these values was found to be significant (P
