Abstract
As part of the journal’s commitment to open scientific dialogue, we are publishing a Letter to the Editor regarding the article “Tectonic geomorphology of the south-eastern section of the Burdur-Fethiye Shear Zone, Western Taurides: morphotectonic framework of the Eşen Basin” along with a reply from the authors, who have provided a clarification in response to the concerns raised. We consider such exchanges to be a normal and healthy part of the scientific process, and we are presenting both perspectives to allow readers to form their own conclusions.The views expressed in the letter and the reply are those of the respective authors and do not reflect the position of the journal or its editorial board. We remind all contributors that scholarly disagreements should be addressed respectfully and with a commitment to clarity and transparency.
