Abstract
The time evolution of the quantum nonequilibrium states of many-body particles is described with a set of hierarchies of quantum kinetic equations with quantum wave functions. A collision term is obtained in terms of two-body interactions in the mean-field with a disordered potential, which is proposed for the first time. The implications and the limits of applicability of the resulting kinetic equations are discussed.
