Substrate Temperature Dependent Electrical and Optical Properties of Sprayed Mo O_3 Films

Abstract

Mo O_3 films were prepared at different substrate temperatures by spray pyrolysis technique. Substrate temperature was varied from 250^{\circ}C to 450^{\circ}C in the interval of 50^{\circ}C. Structural, optical and electrical properties were studied. These properties were found to be dependent on substrate temperature.
