Surface Potential Influence on Surface Photographic Image Formation in AgBr
A correlation is shown between surface photographic sensitivity of deposited polycrystallic AgBr layers and the value of surface potential. Experiments were made on the layers with thickness about Debye length. In this case, surface potential value can be controlled by layer thickness variation. An analytical expression is suggested to describe surface photographic sensibility. We obtained good agreement between calculations and experimental results.
