The Studies on Ti, Zr, and Hf Film Thermostabilities Over W Surface
The thermostability of Ti, Zr, and Hf films has been studied over Wpure and oxidized surfaces. Ti and Hf are proposed as the antiemissive materials. Surface thermostability of dispenser cathode coated with thin Hf film has also been investigated for multipath electron-optical device.
