Abstract
Magnetoresistance measurements were carried out on the amorphous \rm Ni_{76}Mn_{24} film in the temperature range 1.5-250K up to the magnetic field of 120kG. We have observed a giant resistivity noise[1] even in higher magnetic fields, especially at about T=70K. The results can be accounted for by a two-rate model[2] based on the assumption that the conduction electrons oscillate between the localized and delocalized states.
