On the Role of Acoustic Phonons at Large Bipolaron Formation
Using the variation method and the adiabatic approximation, the ground state of two electron (hole) interaction with the acoustical and optical vibration of the lattice was considered. The phase diagrams of the ground state are obtained. The correlation effects in electron movment was into taken account. Taking into account of interaction with acoustical vibrations leads to a reduction of the energy bipolaron (BP) state.
