General Effects of Charging of Geostationary Spacecraft

Abstract
In the paper, methods, means and results are described relating to measurements of electric field strength at various points of a spacecraft surface. Here we give concrete results of measurements without their numerical analysis and considering only their qualitative aspect. Our program that was formed in late 1970's differs from the analogous investigations since serial satellites are used by us. Three stages of investigations are described. The main regularities of spacecraft charging are shown.
