Ground-Based Optical Observations in the Near-Earth Space Chemical Releases: Apparatus and Principal Results

Abstract

Optical diagnostic devices complex for investigations in near-Earth space was created. The optical data of 1983-1991 ionosphere active experiments with chemical releases show high efficiency of optical observations with the complex. The results of observation could be compared with model estimations of cloud dynamics.
