Priority Trends in Superconducting Microwave Radioelectronics
In this paper, status of superconducting microwave radioelectronics are generally described. Development of matrix receiving systems of radiovision for remote sensing, development of superconducting oscillators of millimeter ( MMW) and submillimeter (SMMW) wave bands, and development of Josephson effect-based devices for measurement and analysis of parameters of weak microwave signals for various new application are presented.
