Abstract
There is the problem to derive the ocean-atmosphere interaction parameters over large areas in real time both in the interests of operational meteorology and of climate modeling and prediction methods elaboration. Thus, active dynamic phenomena investigations such as convective cell zones, cyclones, hurricanes etc., are especially interesting. Here are a sample hurricane data from Cosmos-1500 satellite is presented.
