Reconstruction from Digital Amplitude Holograms and Recording the Hologram on Al Layer by Photolithography

Abstract
In this work, digital amplitude holograms were generated from object matrices of various sizes embedded in 128 \times 128 and 256 \times 256 zero matrices. Results on reconstruction are presented and recording the hologram by a photolithographic method on a Al layer are described.
