Abstract
A two-arm mass spectrometer to measure unslowed fission fragments is presented. This set-up will make it possible to obtain the rich information about both fission fragments simultaneously. The main parameters of the acting model of two-arm time-of-flight spectrometer are shown in comparison with those \lq\lq Cosi Fan Tutte".
