Urinary c-AMP Activity in Chronic Renal Failure
Forty-six patients with chronic renal failure and 17 healthy controls were examined to determine their urinary cyclic adenosine monophosphate (UcAMP) levels. In the study group, UcAMP levels were found to average 1452 picomoles; in the controls, 4612 p. moles (P0.05).
