Abstract
The null tangent bundle of an indefinite pseudo-Riemannian manifold is a lightlike hypersurface of the tangent bundle which inherits a CR-structure from the almost Hermitian structure defined by Oproiu on the tangent bundle. We investigate the properties of this structure in relation to the choice of the screen distribution and the geometry of the base manifold.
