Abstract

The synthesis and spasmolytic activity of a novel dihydropyridine derivative which contains a vasodilator furanochromone khellin at the 4^{th}$ position of the dihydropyridine ring via the Hantzsch method from khellin-2-carboxaldehyde is described.
