Abstract
This paper presents a novel framework for voltage control based on holonic architecture, with a priority action of local controllers. The proposed architecture is a hierarchical distributed structure in which two various information technology domains called the energy management system holon and flexible AC transmission system holon are defined. In the proposed structure, a dynamic reconfiguring method for holons is used to reduce the time of corrective actions in the case of emergencies.
