Abstract

Into aliment place that we prapered for vegetative propagation of the miscell, in 1 lt pure water 10 g malt-extract, 0.2 g K 2 HPO 4 , 0.1 g CaCl 2 .2H 2 O 0.05 g MgSO 4 . 7H 2 O, and g (NH 4 )SO 4 as well as 15 g agar, barley broken and wheat flour in 10, 15 and 20 g doses were added as contribution substance (contribution substance, however, weren't added to the control group). In petri boxes, it has been identified that P. florida miscelles grafted for aliment-agar medium covered the medium in 8.6 days as the shortest period in wheat flour of 15 g dose, and as the longest period in wheat flour of 20 g dose. Grains of wheat were used as basic material to reproduce of spawn of Pleurotus florida. To this medium 1, 2 and 3 % of rice bran were added as additive substansces. According to the result of study, there was not a difference between the duration of P. florida miselle covering the medium. Hovewer, the densest miselles were obtained with 3 % rice bran. To prepare compost, for 1 kg wheath straw used as raw material, rice bran, lentil remnant and sunflower straw in doses of 50, 100 and 150 g were used as additive substances, Miscelle growth, in the shortest period, was obtained in rice bran of 50 grams dose as 10.60 days. In basidiocarps formation, the shortest period was obtained in rice bran of 150 grams dose as 23.80 days. The harvest in the longest period was determined in control group as 29.20, 56.20 and 68.40 days, respectively in the first, second and third phases. The highest yield amount was obtained as 31.20 grams in rice bran of 100 grams in first phase, and as 38.67 and 18.18 grams in lentil remnant of 100 grams dose in second and third phases. The total yield in the highest amount was found as 84.72 grams in lentil remnant of 100 grams dose, in the lowest amount as 44.80 grams in lentil remnant of 150 grams dose.
