Abstract
The spores of the fungi which have the ability of reproduction on all the surfaces, with organic matter and water spread out in the air by atmospheric motion. These spores get into the mody during breathing and they are very important due to the effects of the allergy. Because of the moisture in Bursa, it becomes important to detect the spores of the fungi in the air to protect the peop\e from the allergic effect. We chosed 5 different characteristic places in Bursa for one year and investigated the weekly and montly density of the fungal spores. It is observed 29 different fungal genera on the 360 Sabouraud Maltose Agar plates. The first five most frequently encountered fungal genera are Cladosporium, Alternaria, Penicillium, Mycelia sterilia and Aspergillus. We concluded that most of the fungal spores in Bursa (80%) are allergit and the yearly schedule of fungal spore we prepared will he\p to protect and to cure the allergic partients in Bursa.
