Demonstration of the Effects of Endosulfan to a-Amylase from wheat and Rice with Radial Diffusion Tecnique

Abstract

In this study. the effects of the powder and Iiquid forms of endosulfan to \alpha-amylase from wheat and rice and avaibility of radial diffusion technique were investigated. \alpha-amylase activity is decreased depending on the dose, in both of species, was determinated. The results of modified radial diffusion test was parallel with the measurment of spectrophotometric activity.
