Frequency-Resolved Photocurrent Studies in a-Si:H p-i-n Junction Solar Cells

Abstract: In-quadrature frequency-resolved photocurrent (FRPC) response of commercially available hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) p-i-n junction solar cells is reported. The results show that the FRPC is dependent on external parameters such as temperature and excitation light intensity, giving information on the recombination kinetics.
