Development and Research Parameters of Microstrip Gas Chamber

Abstract: A microstrip gas chamber was constructed and investigated. The detector was realized on electronicly conductive glass (borosilicate) having \rho\leq 3 \cdot 10^{6} The construction and main characteristics were considered. The gas gain of our detector is 2,5.10^{4}, the energy resolution is 18\% for the 5.9 KeV.
