** Abstract: **
Some sufficient conditions are established on the
oscillation of all solutions of a class of neutral pantograph
equations with impulsive perturbations of the form

\frac{P(t)}{t}x(\alpha t)-\frac{Q(t)}{t}x(\beta t)=0,~~ t\geq
